Central Coast Potters' Society
On September 12, 10am to 3pm, a Raku Firing day will be held at the Central Coast Potter's workshop, Russell Drysdale Street East Gosford. Members will also celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Potters' Gallery that day.
You are invited to go along to watch this interesting process which takes 3 days in the kiln, to see the magic of what happens during firing to the pots. Magical colours and designs appear. You can buy a pot, glaze it, and take it home, look at the workshop facilities, the collection of international pots, pots in the process of drying, and lots of other things. Tea and coffee provided.
